Jeremy Young brings extensive experience in product sales and client management to cloud-based automated communications leader Adeptra
Reading, UK and Norwalk, CT - 4 October 2011—Adeptra, the leader in auto-resolution technologies that span the consumer lifecycle, has appointed Jeremy Young as its new managing director for Adeptra EMEA.
Based out of Adeptra’s EMEA headquarters in Reading and reporting to Adeptra’s CEO Lou Venezia, Jeremy will immediately take direct responsibility for EMEA sales and client management. As well as excellent industry connections, Jeremy brings a strong level of technical insight to the role thanks to an early background in engineering, infrastructure and knowledge management, plus more than 15 years’ experience in management for global technology leaders.

Jeremy was previously sales director at Computer Associates, a position he held for five years during which time he was responsible for complex multinational deals with global financial services organizations. His career successes to date include solutions developed for numerous large, international banks and other financial institutions. Previous positions include general manager and sales director at call center specialist vendor Jacada Europe where he achieved triple-figure sales growth. He has also held director and management level positions at Tridion, Verity GB (now Autonomy), and Mercury Interactive, which was acquired by HP in 2006.
