Managed Services Platform
Adeptra provides a common platform on which individual applications are built to meet the unique needs of each client and business area.
By building all applications on a standard platform, Adeptra enables rapid development of new applications and change requests. It simplifies significant portions of the implementation process to an exercise in configuration. The platform provides a common architecture, allowing for automatic file or record input for both batch and real-time applications.
As new Adeptra Platform features are developed, they become available globally to all applications via Adeptra’s hosted services model, often with little or no need for additional implementation. The platform is continually updated to harness new technical developments, to increase capacity and improve efficiencies in the processing of cases and alerts, which are all driven through AdeptraLink™, our data gateway technology.
