Adeptra's Remind and Remit Assistant is an automated solution to remind consumers when payments are due and to give them the ability to make an automated payment through any communication channel: phone, text, email or smartphone. The solution proactively identifies consumers who have a tendency to miss payments and sends automated reminders before the due date. Upon receiving these reminders, consumers then have the convenience to schedule payments using Adeptra's Payment Manager to ensure another due date is not missed.
If a payment is missed because a consumer is experiencing a short-term cash flow problem, the reminder notice will provide consumers with the opportunity to interact with the automated system, Adeptra's Payment Negotiator. Based on the business’s policies and the consumer’s payment history and value, various options will be presented that are acceptable for the consumer and ensure the account is brought into current standing.
